Can I vote in PA with a suspended driver's license?

YES!

Do not let the new Pennsylvania law that requires a valid ID stop you from voting. A suspended driving privilege does not mean you can't get a valid non driver photo ID. PennDOT offers a basic identification card for free is some cases and as much as $13.50 to most everyone else. You can find more information about the 2012 Voter ID requirements here.

As outline at the PA Department of Transportation website.
Identification issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that includes my name, a photograph, and an expiration date that is not expired (unless issued by the Department of Transportation, then the expiration of the identification cannot be more than 12 months past the expiration date).

You can get your copy of the PA Photo ID Application below. You can take this PA Photo ID App to any PennDOT center to get your photo ID issued.
