Can you change your gender identity with your state? NJ redidents can do just that.

In the middle of my reasearch into some issues in NJ i came across this little form;
NJ Gender Change Form

In all my years of helping people with license issues in Pennsylvania has ever asked me how to change their Gender Identity on their license. I have been asked how to correct just about every other stat on the license from age to eye color, but never gender.

Has anyone seen this from any other state? If you know of forms from other states please post them in the comments or shoot me an email. I would love to see the forms or even know that the state permits the change.
